This dojo is located on Long Island, in Medford NY. Sensei Robert Rowley is currently a 7th DAN ( black belt ) in Shorin-ryu Shorinkan. Shorin-ryu is one of the oldest systems taught in Okinawa and has a very fine and impressive lineage. Most martial arts including Tae Kwon Do & Shotokan are based on it.
Sensie Robert Rowley has been a martial artist for over 35 years and is the owner and primary instructor of the New York Shorinkan Karate school. The school is located just 60 miles from New York.
